O'Neill Asks Indonesia To Honor Her Word 30 Mar 2015
Papua New Guinea will continue to remind Indonesia to cut down its military in West Papua.
Prime Minister Peter O’Neill urged Indonesia to honor its promise by cutting down its military based in West Papua.
Last week Prime Minister O’Neill called on current Indonesian President Joko Widodo to fulfill the promise done by his predecessor Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono to reduce troops stationed in West Papua.
Mr. O’Neill said the promise by the former president was done in one of his diplomatic visit to Indonesia.
